3.1 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on the Ulalo Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority and capacity to enter into these Terms.

3.2 Account Information

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update it as necessary.

3.3 Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all activities occurring under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.

3.4 Parental Consent

For minors (under 18), parental or guardian consent is required. Parents/guardians must review these Terms and authorize the minor's use of the Platform.

4.1 AI Limitations

• • AI insights are probabilistic and subject to errors or inaccuracies
• • AI recommendations do not constitute medical advice
• • Clinical trial matching is informational only; eligibility must be verified by trial coordinators

4.2 Medical Decision-Making

You must consult with qualified healthcare professionals before making any medical decisions based on Ulalo insights. Always seek professional medical advice for diagnosis and treatment.

4.3 Emergency Services

In case of medical emergency, contact emergency services (911 in the US) immediately. Do not rely on the Platform for emergency care.

4.4 Data Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of your health data. Inaccurate data may result in incorrect insights or recommendations.

6.1 Platform IP

All software, design, features, and functionality of the Ulalo Platform are the exclusive property of Ulalo Inc. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial health management purposes, subject to these Terms.

6.3 Restrictions

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, or publish the Platform or any portion thereof without prior written permission.

6.4 User Content

You retain all rights to any health data or content you upload to the Platform. By uploading, you grant Ulalo a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and analyze your data solely for providing Platform services.

7.1 Your Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all health data uploaded to the Platform. Ulalo acts as a custodian and processor of your data, not an owner.

7.2 Data Portability

You can download, export, or transfer your health data at any time in standard formats. We will provide your data upon request within 30 days.

7.3 No Data Selling

Ulalo does not sell, trade, or lease your personal health information to third parties. Your data is used exclusively for your benefit and service improvement (with your consent).

7.4 Data Sharing

Data may only be shared with healthcare providers, researchers, or third parties with your explicit written consent. You can revoke consent at any time.

8.1 Service "AS IS"

The Platform is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8.2 Maximum Liability

Ulalo's total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the fees you paid in the past 12 months, or $100, whichever is greater.

8.3 No Liability for Third Parties

Ulalo is not responsible for actions, omissions, or decisions of healthcare providers, researchers, or other third parties using data from the Platform.

8.4 Service Interruptions

We are not liable for any service disruptions, system failures, or data loss due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by requesting account deletion through your account settings. Upon termination, we will delete your data in accordance with our Data Retention Policy.

10.2 Termination by Ulalo

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in harmful activities, or violate applicable laws. Termination shall not relieve you of any outstanding obligations.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access to the Platform ceases immediately. Sections 4, 6, 8, 9, 11, 12, and 13 survive termination.

12.1 No Medical Advice

Ulalo does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment. All health insights are informational and should not replace professional medical consultation.

12.2 AI Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, AI models can produce incorrect or misleading results. Always verify critical information with healthcare professionals.

12.3 Clinical Trial Information

Clinical trial matching is based on available data and should not be considered definitive. Trial coordinators will verify eligibility. Trial information is provided for educational purposes.

12.4 Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content, services, or policies. Use third-party services at your own risk.

12.5 Data Accuracy

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data displayed on the Platform. You are responsible for verifying critical health information.

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles.

13.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings, except for injunctive relief or enforcement of intellectual property rights.

13.3 Class Action Waiver
